HIFU is a FDA and HSA approved treatment in Singapore, using the ultrasound technology to reach different layers of the skin, harmlessly passing through skin without damage to skin surface to deliver focused beams of 60 - 70 degrees Celsius.

Is HIFU Laser Painful?

HIFU is a comfortable procedure. Most patients does not require numbing cream. Some might feel a mild ache along the jawline and cheek bone. Topical anaesthesia is available to ease any discomfort if required.

Most patients find it bearable and resume normal activities right after the treatment.

What Happens During a HIFU Treatment?

HIFU takes approximately 30-40 minutes with minimal downtime and pain. Skin may appear slightly flushed immediately after the treatment, but will subside within a few hours.

Gel is applied to skin to allow handpiece to easily glide onto skin.

How Many Shots of HIFU Is Required?

The number of shots required varies for each patient, it depends on the patient's skin condition like how severe is the sagging and what is the size of your face etc.
