Key Responsibilities:
– Provide professional consultation with patients on skin and face related aesthetic concerns
– Provide medical advice on effective treatment solutions to patients
– Educating patients about course of treatments, possible downtime and post-treatment care
– Perform medical grade aesthetic treatments
– Review patient’s progress and treatment plan
– Work together with Management and Clinic Team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
– Full Registration with SMC
– Certificate of Competence (COC) for botox, filler and lasers
– Strong interpersonal communication skills
– Positive attitude with a hunger to learn as intensive training will be provided by Medical Director

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist doctors during medical aesthetics procedures
– Provide support such as patient registration, maintaining accurate patient medical records
– Recommend services and treatments to patients, based on their needs and doctors’ input
– Follow up with patients on their treatments and remind them of their treatments
– Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality
– Ensure equipments and treatment rooms are well-maintained
– Work together with Management and Aesthetic Doctors to achieve company goals
Requirements:
– Experience in Aesthetics / Beauty / Sales or related industries
– Demonstrate excellent customer service skills
– Well-groomed, motivated, resourceful, sales and service oriented
– Team player with excellent interpersonal communication skills
