Dr Alison graduated from the National University of Malaysia in 2013 and had since received extensive medical training in Singapore through her rotations in the following specialties including General Surgery, Obs/Gynae, General Medicine, Renal Medicine, Endocrinology, Neurology, Haematology, Palliative Medicine and Medical Oncology, during which she acquired her master of medicine in Internal Medicine (NUS) and became a member of the Royal Colleges of Physicians (UK). She was proficient in various medical procedures such as lumbar puncture, bone marrow aspiration/biopsy, bedside ascites drainage and temporary dialysis catheter insertion. Prior to joining the Aesthetic Medicine, she was also a primary care physician where she had attended workshops on the General Practice of Dermatology organised by the Duke-NUS as well as courses by the Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.
Along the way, she had developed a keen interest in the Aesthetic Medicine as well. The advancement and technological development in the field are fascinating and she is dedicated to continue in honing her skills and keeping up to date in order to provide the best care to her patients.
She also understands that each individual is unique in their aesthetic journey and concern, hence spending time to understand her patient’s needs and communication are keys to achieving the common goal together. She believes that everyone regardless of age has the right to feel beautiful and confident in their own skin and she is honoured to be able to be a part of their journey.
Her passion is in fashion and beauty, as well as skincare and selfcare. She enjoys swimming at leisure, loves travelling and learning the many cultures of different countries whenever she can.
